🔸This two hour fundamentals of vinyasa flow workshop is the ideal (but not the only) way to begin your yoga flow practice and discover yoga in a safe and fun space, It is more suited to beginners of vinyasa flow.
🔸I will break down a vinyasa flow class, introducing you to the basics of yoga postures (asanas), sequencing, healthy alignment and breath techniques (pranayama). Instruction in meditation and relaxation techniques will also be given. You will receive personal attention and will work at a pace that ensures learning as well as improvement in posture, breath, tone, strength, flexibility and a greater ability to feel calm.
🔸This workshop creates a strong and safe foundation from which you can carry through to your vinyasa flow classes at the Hot Hut.
