Seniors Yoga Classes

Seniors yoga classes held on the Mornington Peninsula for the young at heart.

These are gentle yoga class for yogis ages 50 and up.

Yoga helps to increase mobility, inspire tranquility, offers breathing techniques and promotes an overall sense of well-being.
